Exchange & Refund Policy

Head-Turner Boutique reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.

*Please note: ALL items that are on sale and also visible on our sale page are final sale and therefore non refundable, returnable or exchangeable. 

 Return/Exchange Options:

 All Returns & Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, sunscreen or any other stains.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags & must be in original packaging.
  • The package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

    Please Note

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Packing slip MUST be included so we can place the order / know where and who it belongs to.
  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed.
  • If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will reimburse you.

Return/Exchange Process

Step 1

Read Return & Exchange Policy (above) in its entirety to be sure your merchandise is returnable. 

Step 2

Send an email to HTBoutique410@gmail.com explaining that you would like to return / exchange your order and your reasoning. Please also detail if you would like to return only a specific item(s), if this is the case which items or all. Please also detail if you would like to exchange, which item(s) you would like to exchange and for which size / color. We will then get back to you with an answer within 24 hours of receiving your email to make sure we have the desired exchange in stock.

Safely package and ship the merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipment to:

Please include the packing slip. *VERY IMPORTANT so we know who is sending the package back / what your order number is etc. Without the packing slip no orders can be returned / exchanged.

**We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package.  Head-Turner Boutique is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.

Step 3

Once the return/exchange safely arrives at HTBoutique, we will inspect the item(s) condition. (Note - Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted.  See Return & Exchange Policy.)  Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. 

 

Authenticity & Warranty

HTBoutique only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the drop-sellers website.  Please be aware that such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects.  If within the 14-days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at HTBoutique410@gmail.com with a picture and description of the defect.  Damaged Items should be reported to HTBoutique immediately (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.

 

**By placing from Head-Turner Boutique, Customer accepts all terms of this Return/Exchange Policy.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, for hygienic reasons (swimwear). Exceptions can be made. Please contact us to discuss situation. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
